The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested early to achieve this delightful acidity level and tannins offer a strength and backbone to this vibrant golden yellow Sauternes wine.<br \/>\nWith a long finish, a thick and creamy feel and being surprisingly full bodied for a white wine, the Chateau La Tour Blanche is a stimulating wine that is excellent to drink right away but with expectations for superb aging as well.<br \/>\nIn addition to the powerful flavours from tropical fruits, drinkers can expect a balance of citrus fruit flavours and oaky notes.
