Chateau Haut Brisson 2014
Dry French Wine – Kosher Red Wine – St Emilion Bordeaux Region
Our Chateau Haut Brisson 2014 is a sumptuous wine, lovingly produced in St Emilion.
This dry red kosher wine has been very well received and has a sophisticated tannic flavour.
The Chateau Haut Brisson is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes.
While technically classed within CEDEV’s dry red wines, this excellent vintage has a decent balance between sweetness, dryness and boldness. It is a powerful red wine with a beautiful deep red colour with touches of violet.
This gorgeous colour is accompanied by a fabulous taste. Drinkers of this splendid Bordeaux can look forward to a series of nuanced notes, including strong fruitiness in the form of strawberry jam with playful notes of sweet cinnamon, acidic balsamic and subtle hints of graphite. There is also a light mineral taste and a bountiful aroma filled with orange blossom, black fruit and even floral scents.
A beautiful, bold, rich dry red that will excite the senses and definitely stand out among Bordeaux.
Pairing Suggestion:
As with all dry Bordeaux the Chateau does have a great deal of versatility, but with its sweeter bouquet and intense fruity notes, this wine can pair well with richer meats like veal and game.
This wine is also available in the following sizes: 1.5 Liters, 3 Liters
