Kosher Dry Wine – Cabernet Sauvignon – Italian Red Wine

This lovely Cabernet Sauvignon is grown and cultivated in the beautiful warm climate of Sicily. The Siviano Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry Italian red wine but not too dry. It is a powerful, bold flavoured wine with moderate tannins.
This is an excellent red kosher wine which has been praised for its superb taste. Thanks to Sicily’s warm climate, the Siviano Cabernet Sauvignon is fruitier than many other Cabernet Sauvignons. There is less acidity in this Cabernet Sauvignon, giving a soft delicate sensation, but the wine retains bold, powerful fruit flavours.
Sicily is one of the major centres for wine growing in Italy and its climate is well known for producing incredible, ripe grapes. Look forward to blackcurrant tastes followed by mild cedar notes and an aroma of herb. The wine has a great potential for aging.
