Chateau Bruni 2016
Red Kosher Wine – Bordeaux Region – French Wine
A delightfully complex and sumptuously dry kosher Bordeaux.
Cedev Kosher Wine Producers have developed this fine and rich red wine, which has been aged for at least one year in oak barrels giving a deep, delightful flavour.
This pleasantly strong French red has a beautiful dark colour, smooth finish and a wonderful lingering taste. It’s powerful red fruit flavours and meaty boldness make it a remarkable sensation and easily able to hold its own with strong red meat dishes.
The Chateau Bruni 2016 has undergone traditional vinification via 21 days of maceration giving it its deep, dark colour, tannic taste and fruity perfumed aroma.
This is a non Mevushal kosher blended red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes.
Pairing Suggestion:
This fabulous deep black wine will be a perfect partner to flavourful duck, vibrant red meats or strong cheese. It is at its finest when left to aerate in a carafe for at least 4 hours. Its boldness and strength are contrasted nicely with its dryness and is considered a very dry red wine.
