This kosher refined whisky is distilled from the mash of Gouden Carolus Tripel beer. It is a triumphant first for Belgium with its hand hammered copper pot stills, in which the mash is distilled.
The Gouden Carolus Single Malt Whisky is aged for 30 months in classic Bourbon barrels and then further aged for 6 months in Het Anker barrels. Het Anker barrels are crafted by a specialist barrel maker in accordance with Cedev’s strict specifications.
